Concept Roofing recently completed the Mansard roof and I have to say using the LV75 vents looks far better than an ugly pipe sticking out of the roof, they proved an aesthetically pleasing solution. I've attached a number of photos of both vents and a before and after scenario of the house.

From New Lynn. As a result of needing to replace our Fibreglass Asphalts shingles we researched alternative roofing options. Whilst we were keen on the Metal tile solution we wanted a different look to the standard concrete tile this is quite common. Metrotile suggested their new CF Shingle system which gave us exactly the look we were after.
Having settled on the tile, we then worked with Vim and the team at Concept Roofing who installed it for us. The CF Shingle system was able to be fixed directly to the existing ply substrate so the Concept team simply had to remove the asphalt shingles and old building paper, replace with new building paper and fix the tiles. The install team were great, and did a very professional job for us with minimal fuss or disruption.
All in all it has been a great experience and I would happily recommend the Concept roofing team and Metrotile’s products.
